Inspired by the emotions felt by all of us, from time to time.  How we can be soft and gentle and also how we can restrict ourselves by imposing lines that must not be crossed, these are the limitations we think we have.   Limitations are a belief or set of beliefs that we have learnt at some point.  We can question these and change them, if we choose to or want to.
